Fees from 1 November 2023

Below is a representation of the fees charged and represent the fees charged by Registrars. Please note that as the doctors consulting (excluding registrars) are independent contractors they are solely responsible for their fee structure. Hence fees may vary for certain doctors. Any additional charges will be discussed at the time of booking.

• Weekday face to face appointments:
  • Bulk billing appointments are available between 8.30am to 12.00pm for most doctors for eligible patients (HCC holders and children aged 11 and under).  All other times attract a private fee. 
  • Private fees are to be paid in full at the time of consultation.
  • After 12.00pm, consultations for HCC holders and children aged 12-15 are privately charged and will incur a $24 out of pocket expense.
• Saturday appointments:
  • Private patients and HCC holders will attract an out of pocket payment of $60.
  • Children aged 0-11 will attract an out of pocket payment of $24.

Various procedures , such as ECG, surgical procedures (eg suturing of lacerations, removal of skin lesions, implanon and mirena insertions and removals), plasters, dressings and vaccines (not applicable to the National Immunisation Schedule) will incur an additional fee. 

Full payment is required at the time of consultation.

DVA gold card holders are bulkbilled at all times

Telehealth /phone consults attract the same gap fee rate as a face to face consultation. 

Please note accounts are required to be paid in full on the day. An administration charge of $15 will added to your account if not settled on the day.

The Doctors are linked to Medicare's online billing system. In most instances, when payment is made in full at the time of consultation, Medicare can issue your rebate to you within 2 days. 

Using the Tyro system - the Medicare rebate will be paid straight back into your nominated savings account when the account is paid in full at the time of consultation.

 

Cancellation Fee

It would be greatly appreciated if you are on-time for your appointment.  If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us no less than 4 hours prior to avoid a Cancellation Fee.
