Home visits are available for the ill and infirm. Wherever possible, it would be appreciated if you could attend the clinic.
In the event that you require a home visit, please inform the clinic as early as possible in the morning so as an appropriate time can be set aside for the doctor to visit.
Do remember that home visits are time-consuming and restrict the doctor's availability for other patients. As such, practice policy is to charge an additional free of $38.00 above the current Medicare rebate fee.
Our practice endeavors to provide a comprehensive high quality service for patients. At times we may invite you to complete a questionnaire to identify areas in which we may improve services.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care we are keen to hear about it. Please feel free to discuss any problems you may have with your doctor. We value your opinion in our efforts to serve you better.

The practice adopts the Australian Medical Association (AMA) code of ethics. We stress that all patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential.
TIS (translating and interpreting service) is available to all patients requiring translating & interpreting. TIS provides immediate telephone services, Pre-booked. Telephone and on Site (in person) interpreting services. TIS is available 24hrs a day 7 days per week. TIS is a free service with the exception of TPV holders (Temporary Protection Visa), unfortunately holders of this Visa are not eligible for free tis services.
The practice runs a recall system. Please advise us if you would prefer not to participate in any surgery based or state system. Recall systems are a valuable way of ensuring continuity of care for your medical needs.
We run a 10 minute appointment system. If you feel that you requite a longer consultating (e.g: PAP Smear, counseling, complex medical problems) please inform the receptionist when making your appointment. It would be greatly appreciated if you were punctual for your appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us with adequate notice so others may be given an appointment.
Whenever possible, the doctors aim to run on time. From time to time, the doctors may be delayed by conditions requiring urgent medical attention, as these patients need to be seen immediatley their may be a delay. Your patience and understanding in these instances is greatly appreciated.
Please if possible book with your Doctor when making appointments as continuity in your health is an important factor. We will try our best to book your particular Doctor on the day, or as soon as possible.
All messages will be taken by the receptionist and relayed to the doctor concerned. A consultation will not normally be interrupted to answer the telephone. Please note that the doctors operate on a fairly tight schedule and messages my not be checked till the end of a consulting session. In the event of a message left for a doctor that is on leave you will be told when leaving the message the estimated time of which the doctor will get back to you. If there is an urgency the receptionist will ask you to make an appointment with another doctor as they will be able to access your records.
Please be aware that it is very important for patients to follow-up on any results from tests you may have had done by your doctor. This means you need to make an appointment with your doctor to obtain results from blood tests, x-rays ect.
